Recovering lost length due to Peyroines

Postby Musson » Wed Aug 20, 2025 11:03 am

I was diagnosed with Peyroines in 2020. Fortunately the curve has gone away and I’m mostly straight now. However, significant size loss remains. I know that a lot of surgeons would just slap in an implant and declare victory. Are there any surgeons out there that would have the skills to restore some of the size loss?

Generally the answer I've heard from the high volume surgeons is to accept that "that was then and this is now" when patients bring in pics of how big their penis used to be from 10 years ago etc. Like you said, the purpose of the implant is to help your penis get hard, not to increase its size

Agree with wolfpacker. I have read of surgeons doing "length restoration" techniques, but at the risk of nerve damage and weakening your tunica albuginea. Weighing risks vs benefits, I would ask myself: "What is more important?" I would stick with what I have and make sure it gets hard.
Best of luck in your decision

Hey man- I wanted to chime in on this;

I had peyronies, bad. I had a bottle neck halfway up, and a 40 degree curve up combined with size loss. I used a Phallosan forte for several months before my operation. Not only did I regain my length and girth- I gained a little and I am comfortably back to my teenage size. The implant saved my dick and my pride.

I think with some pre implant work and a good surgeon you will be very happy.

I used Clavell. He didn’t do a scratch on my penis- just measured me correctly- adjusted accordingly and fixed it. Best decision I could have made and I am better for it- PM me if you want more detail but I am confident you can get it back. I am easily 7” now and probably just under 6” girth-
Took about 9 months of regular cycling and use-
22 CM Titan -
Implanted by Dr. Clavell on 12/26/23
Just under 7” pre-op x 5.5 -
Currently 5.5” x 5
Looking forward to cycling and gaining it back!

I had loss of length and girth due to Peyronies and longstanding ED, and my IPP very much restored size. The erect penis is also very straight. I do not think this is a function of who the surgeon is. The device if sized properly will over time stretch the tissue that was impaired by the PD condition. I do not think the high volume surgeons are any different from the typical surgeon who does these types of procedures--mine certainly was not a high volume 'implanter.' She did a great job and the entire procedure went well without some of the horror stories we hear about here.

Obviously difficult to get back everything that you've lost with implant, but certainly can help.

I had a TEP completed after implant alone failed to correct the curvature (did improve some). The implant also failed so needed to get a revision anyway. I was told on numerous occasions that expansion is limited by the stretch of the nerve bundle (which usually is anywhere from 1-3 cm). It's a lot of technical surgery and recovery for fairly minimal gain, but for me made sense dealing with the problem with so long.
62 year old, ED+PD, Coloplast Titan 22 cm no RTE in 2019 with Dr. Irwin Goldstein => failure, now with plaque excision/tunical expansion to Coloplast Titan 26 no RTE in 2022 by Dr. Darshan Patel, now with classic pump 2024 :D
