Hi does anyone know if rigicon gives the same girth as the Titan ?

Someone linked a comparison chart here recently and it appears to be on par with Titan in girth/firmness but advantages over it in flaccid state. I think once Rigicon gets FDA approval the Titan is gonna see a lot of its' market share go away quickly.

I’m almost 5 weeks out from my surgery with the Rigicon. I’ve currently lost about 1.5” in girth. I was 7” pre-op and now 5.5”. Hopefully the cylinder size allow me to return to what I had.

When did you all start seeing improvement in girth.

I’ve had some starting about 4 weeks, circumference at 5 now.

You guys do realize that the titan cylinders have the same diameter as a nickel right? So line up two nickels in your hand and that’s what it will give you. Also the surgeons are trained to give you the right amount of saline in your resivore. So there shouldn’t be any extra saline to push the implants cylinders over its nickel sized diameter. There are men here that report still having 6.5” girth but that’s from ether their own erectile tissue engorging or fillers. Both of which are squishy because if the man was able to have engorging firm enough for sex they wouldn’t need the implant to begin with. So a lot of the 6.5”+ men are talking about soft tissue that isn’t really useable.

I think without any penis tissue the 2 titan cylinders are 5.1” circumference together. Maybe expect to add .5” to that with penile tissue.

I’m at 5.6 inches of girth with a 28cm coloplast titan. I’d assume the cylinders get bigger with a longer implant.
And if not I wonder why they don’t make them girthier

Yes, I agree with what you say. The Rigicon Infla10X can expand to 23 mm diameter, each cylinder in free air. When implanted, the limiting factor is the diameter of the corpora and tunica, and they are not elastic. If your corpora/tunica dimensions limit your girth to, say, 40 mm diameter, it doesn't matter what the silicone cylinders can expand to, you won't get the maximum size that they claim.

Think of the inner tube in a tyre. No matter what pressure you inflate the inner tube to, it won't expand the tyre. It just makes it harder. But remove the inner tube from the tyre and you can inflate it and expand it until your courage runs out.

So, don't expect that the manufacturers claimed size will mean that you automatically get that. Your tissues will dictate what size you can achieve in the short term.

In my case, I'm attempting to slowly, but aggressively, stretch the tissues using hard pumping, VED and the Exercise, but I expect that it can only be achieved over the long term by causing micro tears in the tissues.

So far, I'm not seeing any change.

My thinking is the same. I saw rapid gains once I started cycling but since then it has slowed to a glacial pace.
I'm hoping I can still squeeze a bit more out of it but realistically I'm pretty much back to pre RP size.
Keeping up with aggressive cycling anyway, just in case.

I have a titan 24cm with 1.5 rtx on each side. My pumped,non aroused, girth is 6 3/4" . It not soft or unuseable. It's very firm and natural feeling. I had over 7 1/2" girth before the implant so a big factor is my own anatomy

I totally agree with your conclusion. Per my info block. 21CX, 6" girth. Which several members have all but called me a liar over. But even in the depths of ED I probably had a girth of maybe 5". Never really measured myself.
Your final girth is an increment above your natural flacid girth.
