Joined the brotherhood - 44M - Titan Coloplast + Classic pump

Postby btgamer » Thu Aug 07, 2025 4:50 pm

After having a wild ride with ED at the age of 43 and exhausting all options available to me, I am three days post surgery with a Titan Coloplast w a classic pump at the tender age of 44.

My past experience - viewtopic.php?f=5&t=26645

Surprisingly I had a great experience with the surgery so far. Not much pain, no issues with urination.

Still mentally struggling with the fact that I needed the nuclear option at 44, but it has been nice feeling a pretty hard 60-70% inflated implant has been up for last three days. Cant wait to get the drain removed in my post op and start the cycling and full recovery.

Thanks everyone for sharing experiences in this forum as I have lurked for many months before committing to the implant.

Congratulations man...that's a wise choice for having the classic pump..i feel you for the "nuclear option" but let me tell you nowadays tons of 20s and 30s are getting it as well.

Wish u a speedy recovery.

Congratulations and hang in there. I’m nearly 3 weeks post op myself and I too didn’t mind having a semi hard cock.
The irony now is I’m over it. Looking forward to it becoming flaccid again.

Also looking forward to beginning cycling after week 5.

Take it easy and rest up, particularly in the first 2 to 3 weeks. Don’t rush things and listen to your urologist.

My surgeon told me the youngest person he performed on was 31 years old but he said I am definitely in minority. I was certainly the youngest patient that week.

Given my primary ED issue was maintaining hardness, my surgeon strongly suggested Titan+Classic based on his experience.

Hi, Who is your surgeon? Was it an infrapubic surgery?

Congrats on taking the leap. I hope you are as happy about it as I am.

The classic pump is a great. It has the reputation for being the most durable and having the least chance of tubing fracture/failure. The other great thing is its size and shape. I’ve had a number of encounters and it has been mistaken for a testicle over and over. It hasn’t drawn anyone’s attention.

Of course, once a relationship starts to look serious a discussion can be had about it, but for casual encounters my experience is you don’t need to say anything and it will go unnoticed.

They will just think you are a superstar who can go and go and go until they are satisfied.

Have fun and enjoy the new you.

Congrats, good to hear healing has been going well so far. It sure seems like more and more younger guys are joining the ranks of the implanted. That must mean more males are aware of solutions if they seek them out.

Welcome to the brotherhood, BT. A very commonly expressed opinion around here is that “I should have done it sooner,” so it sounds like you went nuclear at just the right time. Rest up… you’ll be detonating faster than you think!

Be Well,

50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.
