Is it possible an implant solve psychological problem if all other ways cant work?

Hi everyone..i am 37 years old..i face ed last two years.i tried pills injections and help from sex psychologists.. nothing work.. sometimes i can have a good erection always with help from pills or injections, but I get tired of this situation..i am in very depression these days..can you please inform me if i can pass all this with an implant..

Jimakos, the short answer is yes. But the implant comes with risks that all of us had to accept, and can have lingering challenges that can be tough to live with. This forum is filled with those stories. But, count me as a "cheerleader" for implants. Implants have a very high patient satisfaction rating. And implants give you sexual performance capabilities that really are 'next level' stuff. You just have to go into it eyes-wide-open.

I'm not a medical professional, but my advice, FWIW, is to get 1, 2, or more assessments from qualified urologists, neurologists, and maybe psychiatrists ? Only after exhausting those resources, then give implants serious consideration.

Assuming all goes well with the surgery (high probability), then your implant will make your dick hard no matter what. It's a mechanical device with a pump, so yeah, I'm hard.

But it won't solve psychological problems. It won't fix depression. It will remove a stressor, which certainly could help, but psychological issues are ... psychological. There are plenty of depressed people with cocks that work just fine.

If your unhappiness stems from inability to get or maintain a hard on, then the implant may help.

I had ED for over 19 years before I got my implant. It started inexplicably when I was 32. So, I can relate to being a man at an age when getting a hard on is an expected bodily function.

It was like a black cloud following me around for years. It threw shade on my whole life--work, activities, relationships. And for the last five or six years before I got the implant, I almost never was able to get or maintain a hard on, even with meds and a cock ring. I was unhappy, angry, and afraid much of the time.

Since I've gotten the implant, I feel and think much better. I don't view my life as a lost cause. I don't think I'm going to be miserable until I die. I have healthier relationships and am genuinely happy much of the time.

Thanks everyone for your answers..one by one..my biggest problem is to become hard when i am with a girl.. if i succeed it most times with pills etc..then sex goes good..i have something emotional like I can connect at the beginning before start sex..so if ican be hard with an implant then i could have good orgasm...i am very athletic man always feet occupied with running and heights..i cant explain ed from organic reasons as doctors said..it is total psychological

I was 37 when mine started. Massive life change at the time. Cialis worked for me at the time. I would take one on Thursday and one on Saturday seems like it overrided my head games. I quit taking it due to expense and started them again a while back as the price went down and they didn’t help for anything other than my prostate. It loves Tadalafil.
Just an FYI we get a lot of people flying over here to the US to have their implant.

Yes. The Coloplast Genesis in particular has on its webpage that it is for "select patients with psychogenic impotence," which means psychological ED. Not sure if the Titan has that on the webpage, though. Maybe it does. I don't recall it.
