Have you had ONLY 1 IPP Surgery, with NO revisions? If so, PLEASE REPLY

Postby Wooody » Thu Jul 24, 2025 6:41 pm

I'm seeing posts on Reddit such as: "Most of the people there (FT) have to change over and over and end up having a malleable".

You think this is accurate? I don't. I've lurked and researched here almost a year now and have read a ton of posts, old and new and I'm just not seeing that. I do think that there is naturally going to be a disproportionate number of posts about problems compared to posts about everything being great and trouble free and I'm afraid this can skew people's perceptions of the reliability and reality of IPP's.

Have you had ONLY 1 surgery to have an IPP and had NO revisions? How long you've had it? Please reply

I'll start.

1've had 1 surgery for my IPP on 2/25. (~5 months now).

My IPP is 27 months old. No signs of failing.

I followed a sub on Reddit that was about implants. I unfollowed it. It was terrible. I don't think any of the posters had the slightest idea about IPP's. They just repeated rumors as facts.

Rigicon 6-2023 ... replaced 6-2024 due to dr. error and undersizing ..the implant itself worked fine ..new implant does not feel or work like the old one and can't get clear answer from dr. on why ..
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell
