Hey all I'm going to be getting a Titan later this year. I think based on reading I've decided to request the Classic pump. It seems to have better routing for the tubing to reduce wear, higher reliability, and I don't really care about the squeaky noises. My goal is highest reliability with the minimum risk of needing a premature revision, other considerations like appearance, ease of deflation, etc, are kind of secondary.
But I definitely wanted to engage the other Titan implantees on this forum and get opinions from both Classic and OTR users, and especially if there are any on here who've had both and have a strong preference and hear their reasons.
Thanks!

Re: Titan Guys: Classic or OTR Pump?
I have the classic pump. Chosen by my surgeon, Dr Eid. He said it was the most robust, least prone to tubing fractures.
I’ve had it a bit over 3 months and am perfectly happy with it. I don’t mind holding the button to deflate. I’m pretty sure that even with the one touch I would need to squeeze my dick to fully deflate anyways as the reservoir is above the cylinders and you need to squeeze to get the last of the fluid to go uphill.
I also like that it is small and doesn’t really have any squared off edges. It gets mistaken for a testicle. It’s very discreet.
But I’m sure there are lots of satisfied one touch guys as well. It will be interesting to hear from the few guys that have had both.

Re: Titan Guys: Classic or OTR Pump?
My experience with the "one touch" is that I have to hold it the whole time I'm deflating. After a year and a half, I have figured out how to sometimes get it into "deflation mode", but I have to press really hard and work at it, so I rarely bother. Plus, that first pump after deflation mode can sometimes require a very hard press. I haven't had a classic, so I can't give a direct comparison, but the "one touch" aspect of the One Touch doesn't seem like much of a benefit to me.

Both Clavell and the surgeon I chose, Dr Karpman, recommended for me, the classic pump for the reliability and smaller size. Been happy with it so far.

Thanks for the responses guys. So far it does seem the Classic is preferred, and the advantage of the OTR seems to primarily be quiet operation.

I agree with Goodwood. Dr Eid recommended the classic pump. I have enough respect for his experience and knowledge. He said is more dependable than the one touch. Thats what I went with. Just got the revision and still getting used to it coming from a failed AMS.

Do I understand correctly that you are saying that the One Touch technology does not fully work? Do you still have to hold the deflation button and thereby squeeze the cylinders? At the same time, you write that you found a way to deflate with one touch without holding. I recently looked at samples of Titan one-touch and AMS with an MS pump. I was unable to deflate the liquid from the cylinders into the reservoir with Titan with one touch. I had to hold this one-touch button with my fingers and simultaneously squeeze the cylinders. While with AMS, after pressing and holding the button for 3 seconds, the liquid itself flowed from the cylinders into the reservoir. I tried several times and each time it was the same. P.S. I can’t decide between CX and Titan one-touch. My length is 6.5, girth 6.2-6.3

why did your lgx break down? how long did it serve you? how do you like the Titan now after lgx? or haven't figured it out yet?

LGX failed at almost 8 years. Apparently the right cylinder leaked. Only have the titan 3 weeks today. So far so good. No length loss and girth appears bigger. No issue with dog ears or auto inflate. Flaccid is impressive too. No pain, swelling or bruising with revision surgery. Dr Eid is great. Followed all his direction. Very early on but thinking i prefer the Titan.

Bandit, thank you very much for your answer! I am glad that your revision went well and without complications. May I know what was your girth and length with the LGX and what steel with the Titan? Does the sound of the classic Titan pump bother you? Is it more comfortable in the scrotum? Less noticeable? They say that the AMS pump is more comfortable in terms of deflating. I still can't understand what, besides the initial girth, determines the presence or absence of dog ears. Does someone have them, someone doesn't? Does the Titan look less natural? Sorry for the bunch of questions. I have already studied dozens of tons of information and can't decide between the CX and the Titan. With the CX I'm afraid of losing the girth (6.2-6.3 inches) and I'm afraid of the disadvantages of the Titan with its loud pump, dog ears, possible breakage of the tubes (I choose only one-touch) and a less natural look
