What am I waiting for and why I don't want an implant despite a venous leak??? I can tell you 1. Risks, it could go wrong. 2. The penis will get a bit smaller. 3. Who wants to always grab their balls to get an erection? It's embarrassing and women rarely understand such things. People are selective about such things. 4. The glans is flat. I think Dan is just really proud of his result. But you’re making a number of assumptions here (sex worker, exploitation, etc.).
