Cock Ring with Implant

Does anyone know if it’s okay to use a cock ring with an inflatable implant? Or, rather, has anyone frequently used a cock ring with their IPP? I’m hearing mixed things. In a video, Perito says it’s perfectly fine, and even seems to encourage it, but in my personal correspondence with Kramer, he says “technically no.”
