Does anyone know if it’s okay to use a cock ring with an inflatable implant? Or, rather, has anyone frequently used a cock ring with their IPP? I’m hearing mixed things. In a video, Perito says it’s perfectly fine, and even seems to encourage it, but in my personal correspondence with Kramer, he says “technically no.”
Any thoughts? Cock ring with implant is an excellent solution to engorgement issues, which I have when lying supine. Standing is great (go figure).

40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.
