My first implant was an LGX that lasted just shy of 6 years. My second was a Titan that lasted two. In November my current Titan will have lasted 3 years so far.

Did you see any negative side effects with revisions?

I did lose a very small amount of length but made up for it in girth gains. Also the recovery from both revisions was much less unpleasant than the recovery from the initial implant.

Mine was unusual in that I knew after the fourth day that it was broke. I've come to realize since then the surgeon must have done a needle strike ( punctured my cylinder ) during the operation. Same Dr for revision which lasted only 6 months ( didn't crimp connectors well enough ) so now on my second revision but had Dr Hakky do this one. Tomorrow makes 5 months with no issues.
AMS 700 CX 21 cm X 12 mm with 2 cm rear tip extenders. Tenacio pump and 100 ml conceal reservoir done by Dr Hakky on Feb 18th 2025
