David Ralph Sizing

Can any of David Ralph's patients tell me how he sizes the implant?
What does he tell you about his sizing technique? Do his patients lose size? Does he do a gentle flaccid stretch or a very extreme flaccid stretch etc?

I'm in Ireland and thinking of visiting him. A uro in Ireland told me to expect to lose 1 - 2 cm from an implant. I'd like to avoid this as much as I can.
