macoza, no experience with either. I got interested years ago when researching ED cures. Had hoped stem cell therapy might have progressed faster. Hopefully so for the next cohort of guys struggling with this.

There are clinics that offer exosomes for ED.

Yes the clinics exist but you're asking for one that people here would actually recommend. Those don't exist because people don't really get lasting results from them

There are a couple urologist that inject exosomes and platelet rich plasma/fibrin in the Dallas area. I don’t think it helped m my fibrosis

Yes. There’s also one called Elite enhancement of east Texas that’s run by a urologist and is a little cheaper

I don’t know of any in NYC but I’m sure they exist. The exosome shots didn’t do anything for my case
