Malleable For Masturbation

Postby ragnar35 » Sat May 24, 2025 11:22 am

Hello,

I enjoy masturbation....a lot. At age 63, I am on testosterone and feel like a new man. If I wait 3 to 5 days, I can usually get a 3/4 erection and have an orgasm. I can't have an orgasm two days in a row, unless I go a week without an orgasm. My reset time sucks, to be honest. Injections work well, and extend the pleasure I get, but I can only do those every other day. When I use a vacuum pump, all of the blood leaks out as soon as I deflate.

Ideally, I would pleasure myself every day - hoping to have an orgasm every other day. Sometimes I inject myself for a prolonged pleasure session, with no expectation of orgasm. I am considering the Malleable implant. Honestly, I would enjoy having an erection 24/7. Of course, I might feel differently once the implant is in place. The concern I have - is the sensation and pleasure when I stroke my member gratifying with the malleable implant? Does it feel just as good with an implant, or do you lose sensation?

Thanks in advance for your input.
63 years old, male, low-grade prostate cancer active surveillance only, ED for 40 years, injecting trimix. VED's don't work. Dr. Raphael Carrion at TGH. Considering implant surgery.

The sensation/pleasure with an implant is good, but not as good as a natural penis. I would not get an implant for masturbation purposes, only for penetration. The downsides would not be worth it, in my opinion
Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

I Just got a malleable last Monday and am curious about this also.

I had a sub-coronal incision, so I am going to wait until September, because I am overly cautious.

I wouldn't want to orgasm with the frequency of the OP, because I am skeptical that that kind of frequency is good for the prostate, but this is just my suspicion. I know I void much better when I am not so frequent with orgasms and I think some of the voiding and ED issues I have had after 45 are related to frequent masturbation over the decades since I was a young man
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled for Coloplast Genesis 5/19/25

In what ways is it different/inferior with an implant?
Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".

Masturbating with a realistic pussy toy feels FANTASTIC, much better than before implant. Using only hand is a little less gratifying. I orgasm once or twice every day and have zero regrets.
40, ED all my life. Pills worked great until they didn't. Jan 2025 Coloplast Genesis malleable. 22cm x 13mm. 1 cm RTE.
