Looks like you have bruising from so many needle jabs, it doesn't look too serious but you can consult your urologist to be sure.

You should never inject more than once per session with Trimix. If the first jab doesn't work, wait try again next time at least 48hrs later with a higher dose. What was your total dose between the four shots? Did you get an erection?

I would definitely not try again until the bruising heals.

If 18u worked twice before that is likely the correct dose.

The fact that it didn’t work with multiple attempts after that likely means you need to brush up on your technique.

So make sure you know how to inject correctly and be really mindful to do it correctly in your next attempt and you should be OK.

Appreciate your input. I went to the hospital and the doc told me it's just bleeding from inside from the m the injections, that it's not serious. He said I can inject again tonite or tomorrow.

Although I didn't get an erection last nite from the trimix, I think I'll inject again tonite. I want to impress my gf. I don't feel pain from the bruise.

When it comes to dose, I injected around 18 units per session. Sunday and Tuesday I had gotten an erection. But last nite, I did not. Let me know what you think.

you probably missed the Corpora. I use a VED with my trimix, pump up enough to swell your penis, use a constriction ring to keep it that way while you shoot. Rub and massage the penis to distribute the medication, then remove the ring and wait for the magic.


Pumping as described above enlarges the corpora and makes it almost impossible to miss it with the needle.

Impressing your woman is fun, but I’d give it a couple of days before shooting again. YMMV.

It sounds like Trimix is no longer working. As stated before, never inject more than once per session. I'd wait a week before injecting again. You may want to look into implants as your next step.

Why? What is the concern if the plunger pressure is too great? Is it that the needle has not penetrated the tunica albuginea? I don't get what would impede the liquid from going into any of the bodies if you are missing the cavernosa.

I find the difficulty of injection difficult to perceive. I've had a few attempts where it seemed resistant but the result was satisfactory. Can you give me some sense of what easy versus difficult feels like?

It means you missed the cavernosa altogether, and are shooting into tissue that won’t give you any effect. I’ve done this several times, which is why I started using the VED as mentioned. The cavernosa is spongy and has no resistance to fluid flowing in.

Looks like you may not be streaching out your penis and injecting into a flacid penis. This would put you to close to the glans where the skin is more microvasular. You could also have pierced a circumflex vein. There are three on each side. Compressing the wound for a couple of minutes will help that. If you have a narrow penis and injected into a flaccid with the a half inch needle you could have injected into th septum which may not get good results. Stay calm, reseach, a little, you'll be glad you did. Oh and double dosing within 24 hrs bad idea. Good luck
