Floppy Glans

4.5 weeks post op recovering well cycling twice a day for 15 min per my surgeon. Got floppy glans…..and body dealt with that? Advice moving forward is appreciated.
Prostate Cancer/Radiation 2011
Pills ineffective
Venous leak diagnosed January of 2024
70-75% hard with EDEX (alprostidil)....considered trimix
Implanted by Dr. Hakky 3/18/25 AMS CX with Tenacio Pump
Floppy glans but still useful 5.75"L 5"G

Over 2 years in Coloplast Titan. My floppy head healed itself after some time. There is Trigel that works too. Expensive and can be painful if the dose isn't right. GL to ya.
