40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Trimix gel is the only way I can get it up when practicing Star Wars Sex (aka: Hans Solo) . . .

I know of two FT implanted guys who uses Trimix gel for glans engorgement. Works great for them both.
That is the main thing I’ve heard it used for. I don’t know of anyone using it as the sole means of getting an erection.
Hopefully others with more experience will chime in.

I stopped using trimix injections because I think that it may have caused Peyronies disease. I ran across Trimix gel and I used it once so far. Seems to work although not as well as the trimix shots did. However, a lot of the gell leaked out of the urethra. The gel is also much more expensive at $60 per application.
