I am curious. I was implanted 12 days ago. How many of you guys out there are able to achieve multiple orgasms? Let’s define that as having more than one in a single sexual encounter. Believe me, just being able to be back in the game again after prostate cancer, radiation and years of humiliation will be a win. Same here prostrate cancer, radiation, crazy meds and yes years of humiliation too. Over 2 years in and I can achieve two orgasms but spaced apart.GL to ya and congrats.

Same here Post prostectomy…. Year and half after being implanted - banging the wife’s loins all the way to the county line and some times I orgasm 2-3 times …. There is never a situation that I walk into that I am not in total charge … Told my surgeon (Cleveland Clinic) that if I had my implant when I was younger I could have been a porn star - which he replied “this is why we give thieve to guys when they’re older” !

I'm another prostatectomy (RARP) patient. Despite bilateral nerve sparing I suffered all of the negative side effects. Zero erectile function ever since and significant incontinence for a very long time. When we were younger I was always able to orgasm at least twice in fairly quick succession, and my wife wanted it that way. Even now she still likes to be fucked hard, but me cumming* more than once (without a long rest) is a thing of the past. Hopefully my implant might bring some surprises once I get to the point of being able to use it.

*For those unaware - After prostatectomy orgasms are dry forever as they also have to remove the seminal vesicles. Which is another bummer of that procedure.

What I found VERY interesting after my surgery is that the sensitive part of the head of the penis AFTER you ejaculate wasn't there for me anymore(other guys??)

I mean we all have had that feeling in our young glory days of ultra-sensitivety after the deed is done.
I don't know how or why, but in my case that sensitivity isn't there anymore, so I.can blast away with the wife immediately after orgasm and just get off again and again.

Anybody else post-prostatectomy like this??

With a good deepthroat I can have an orgasm every 10 minutes and many of them after each other, however above 3-4 the ejaculate gets less, but I still have a great orgasm sensation.
On the other side I can fuck for hours without having any orgasm at all and this is what young chicks like very much, being fucked for hours, till their brain is fucked off.

Prostatectomy survivor here too and yes absolutely I can achieve more than one orgasm per session and like LetoMan mentioned sometimes in the same position if the wife isn't finished. A bionic cock is the best gift a man (with ED) can give can give themselves.
