Bulb doesn't seem to always get firm to indicate it's full?
I'll pump and I get a proper erection but I noticed when I hold the pump in certain angles, it will give me more pumps. But those pumps don't seem to get me harder than I already am. It's a bit hard to explain but I'm worried I have a leak? Erection seems ok but I can keep pumping at certain angles but it doesn't seem to be getting me any harder.
Implanted February 2025 by Dr. Loh-Doyle. Received AMS 700 CX implant.

Are you inadvertently putting pressure on the deflate button as you’re holding the pump in those certain angles that result in the unproductive pumps?
I can’t speak for the AMS pump but this has happened to me early on as I was learning how to cycle efficiently.

Here's what I've noticed on the MS pump with CX700: You get some good solid FULL pumps, but as the implant nears getting solidly full, the bulb gets a bit harder to squeeze, until you don't get any more inflation - it MAY or may not go full marble. I think I've gotten the marble maybe once or twice - both were early on in my stretching journey. With the MS pump I've read its not uncomon to get a BUNCH of 'mini pumps' where you are inflating the implant but just a tiny bit each time. It'll be harder to pump than before, but not super hard rock marble style.
However, "holding the pump" in certain angles, you may be unkninking / kinking the tubes. Do be careful with that! You want it in a position where you get good solid pumps all throughout.
