Sometimes when I inject, I get a bruise under the skin, so I always try to keep Heparin cream handy when injecting and apply when a bruise occurs.
I find it reduces the signs of the bruising and I figure it could therefore reduce the possibility of developing peyronies disease, long term.
This not very clinical, I have no clinical data or study on this
But what are your thoughts?

Since heparin is a blood thinner, common sense says it would increase bruising, not decrease it.
