What does it mean „it falls“?
42y/o, VL due to Finasteride use 17 years ago, PDE5i lost effect over the years, nothing worked anymore.
Implanted 18 Aug 2023 (while I was 40y/o), Titan 20cm + 1cm RTE, Germany

when i sit and pump the implant a few times it goes up then falls down then when i'm standing up if i turn it on then it's ok Has anyone noticed it?

My guess: sitting down compress the tubes and cylinders preasurising the valves so the fluid reverses back into the resevoir vacuum.

How might you describe your physique? Bigger guys might have this compression issue.

I'm a little full in the stomach, not too much, I thought about these things too, but I was worried, did anyone else give up?
