Scrotalplasty and Lipo

As I ponder an implant I’m also considering a scrotal reduction and lipo of my fat above my pubic area. Is it better to have these done before, during or after the implant)

I checked into it ...it is a major surgery ...high risk of infection .. in my case I could not see the risk side of it just to bring my dick out of the fat pad some ..

How is that possible? Lipo is super common and the mons pubis is a tiny area.

I am going to say get the lipo ahead of time as it will make it easier to hold your dick strait upnorth during first six weeks. And this is supposed to make you angle better.
Scrotoplasty, my guess is do that when having implant. I did it at same time. And I started cycling at day three.

My surgeon suggested I have the scrotoplasty during the implant surgery, since that would be covered by insurance. She also said it would make the scrotum/penis look better.

I had scrotoplasty done during my 2nd implant surgery ..was never asked he just did it ..does keep my balls from falling in the toilet and the insurance covered it all I think it was worth it

How is Scrotoplasty appearance now? Just wondering what mine will do in a couple years.

The incision from the scrotoplasty is larger than the implant incision would have been, so it looked ugly coming out of the surgery. The incision quickly healed and cannot be seen after about 6 months. The scrotum along with the implanted penis looks great and I am very pleased with it. The scrotum performs as it did before regarding temperature changes and the pump cannot be seen, only felt.
