I dont think anyone wants to do this research or we would have some science on it. all i can say as that i am in the same boat. ever since i started trimix, i have not had a penetration orgasm since injection #4 and I’m almost 400 injections. trimix gives me great erections minus the desensitization that prevents me from orgasm. if i can have one, its with my hand or flashlight. all efforts to combat the effect have been primarily useless. it is a blessing and a curse. the wife gets worn out after so many orgasms but thinks shes not enough since she cant bring me to orgasm.

50+ yrs old. married 25+ years. hypothyroid, on TRT. 10+ years ED, viagra, cialis now 50% ineffective. now on trimix 2MG phentolamine/30MG papaverine/20MCG alprostadil

Re: Injections, sensitivity reduction and no orgasm
I'm only at three attempts at sex since starting TriMix, so my results are definitely not conclusory. First time, I came right on time. Second time, I want getting close so we paused but I stayed inside her and she finally came and that turned me on enough that I re-started and got there. Third time, it was a no-go for both of us. It's a complex puzzle but her arrousal and response at least plays some small role, but even that is counterproductive because pressure on her turns her off.
For reference, this was not atypical for my experience on Tadalafil+Sildenafil+Vyleesi (and combinations thereof) so it's premature to attribute orgasm difficulties to TriMix. It's not hard to find comments in this forum about decreasing sensitivity that go with increased TriMix doses, but as anecdotally valuable as they are, I've not yet seen any scientific validation. I had unsubstantiated hope that perhaps the perma-erection from TriMix would help me to keep going longer to get over the orgasm mountain top (But I think my own just plain physical stamina plus the wife's tendency to get sore make that unlikely).

I think you need to take the dose down a bit if orgasms are a problem.
I used to be able to orgasm often but its slowly went away.
It helps alot that my wife has intense orgasms now that I've gotten good at this.

45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:

Re: Injections, sensitivity reduction and no orgasm
So I experienced no ability to orgasm inside my wife the first couple of times I used Trimix. Several nights ago I reduced the units and used a cock ring. Plus I stood over her while she was on all fours on the bed so I could get strong penetration and thrusting. In addition I cut down on the lube--just enough on her pussy to get inside her. Once I, which took some time, I had great friction and she remarked how great it felt too. All that to say I came in her big time! So, in essence I achieved both being rock hard and able to fill her up with my hot seed. She loved it.

Re: Injections, sensitivity reduction and no orgasm
I'm in the same boat. I CAN climax but it seems to take longer. Even masturbating. I have to say that it's fun to jerk off with my cock being stiff but it still takes time. That said, I've also found that I can climax faster / better when she gives me oral. So now, I inject and play with her often giving her oral to her climax and by then I'm erect and she goes to work. She gives great head...my cock is nice and hard....and she's a joy to watch while she makes her magic. I still have an erection after I release and we'll play some more even though I won't release again. That's how we've been doing it but before I injected, it was more of the traditional sex with her being penetrated vaginally or sometimes anally and predictable climaxes. It's all fun but it was frustrating for a while and she even began to think it was her.

Thanks for all your honest replies. I will be a Trimix user shortly, and there seems to be fine lines to its use. Thanks again.
1955. I have had ED for years. We were going for a Rigicon Infla10 in October 2024. Life got in the way (heart attack & stent), so we are now going for injections as a fill-in.

pumpless: In my experience you don't want rock-hard. I have more glans sensitivity if the glans isn't bulging to its maximum. You might be on to something with your nerve compression idea.
And I think John's right: we DE guys must walk a fine line in using Trimix.

I’ve had a few times where timid kept me from reaching orgasm but ordinarily Trimix creates Tarzan screaming orgasms with me.
