Shockwave fibroses

I have a serious question. There is a video on YouTube that shows how shockwave therapy breaks up and heals plaques or fibrosis. The only problem is that I read negative things here, nothing positive. Why are we still being fooled with our suffering? Does Menage have any experience here?

My guess is that video is from a company who sells shockwave devices. Shockwave may break up plaque but the majority of guys who have used it to eliminate ED have had very limited response. I would tend to believe what guys have posted here instead of a YouTube video.

A good friend of mine sells Shockwave equipment in the Caribbean. He told me when we first discussed about ED that he uses his machine on himself and has very good sex life, considering he's 72 he is doing well.
He has tried to sell me a demo model but its still damn expensive.
I tend to trust my friend.

Does your friend have a venous leak? Or just artery problems? I have a venous leak and the smooth muscles of my corpora cavernosa have been converted into fibrosis

Please report your findings. There are no enough experiments and studies involving severe ED or those with corporal fibrosis. I have seen the same YouTube claims of shockwave being effective in corporal fibrosis, but I saw no compelling evidence

The problem is that the studies are limited, and the clinics are cashing in on hope. That YouTube video might be real in theory, shockwave can help with microcirculation and maybe break up very soft scar tissue, but most guys here haven’t had long-term success when it comes to true fibrotic tissue. Some even felt worse. That’s why there’s so much caution on this forum
