Cuming to soon

Hi

Any exercises to try not to cum so soon. Doesn’t matter as i do have an implant and i stay hard. Just trying not to cum so soon.

Any suggestions

Edging.
Located in Central Pa. Retired 67 y.o. Married. Moderate ED since 2019. Use constriction band occasionally, and/or Cialis. Nocturnal/morning erections returned with VED usage. Lowered libido due to Hashimoto's Disease causing Hypothyroidism.
