Masturbation with implant
Hello to everyone. I have one more question which may come off as a strange one but maybe someone can answer. During masturbation with a penile implant is there anything different from having no implant? for some reason I have come to the conclusion in my head that it's very important that with the implant you have to make sure to not rub the skin of the penis up and down but instead you have to make sure that you only "glide over the penis" instead of pulling the skin up and down with your hand. is there any such precaution that you have to be aware of or not? thanks in advance for any answers.

No difference.
2/22/23 AMS 700 CX 21cm + 1.5cm RTEs. was 58 yrs old, wife of 37 yrs. Penoscrotal. 100ml Conceal reservoir. Dr. Clavell. Pills failing and went right to implant. 2+ yrs post op: 7 3/4" x 5 7/8", now 60yrs old in 2025

For me, none whatsoever. Same as prior to implant being inflated or not, makes no difference. I just lube it up and go for the outcome, which normally is mindblowing in itself.
Second IPP Titan / Genesis. Experienced pretty much everything negative up to implant. Lost @ 2 inches from plication and atrophy. Willing to show and tell just an ordinary penis. Wish I had IPP much sooner.

Use common sense & good judgment.
You’re trying to stimulate yourself and make yourself feel good. That would ORDINARILY preclude being exceptionally rough.

If grabbing it and doing it old style caused any damage, then I’m in trouble!! lol. Wouldn’t think it would hurt anything as others have said.
