A question for Titan men

Postby MiddleAgedMiami » Mon Jan 01, 2024 3:18 pm

Hi everyone, I’m getting my implant (Titan) in March, and I’m just wondering about some daily things like, when I piss, I usually squeeze down on my penis from mid shaft down to the head to get out all the liquid, can you still do that with the implant in there? Similarly, after I cum, I usually squeeze out the last bit in the same way. Can I still do those things? If not what is your workaround?

Thanks!
42 Gay man. Had situational ED for 3 years & light venous leak.

Ever since my implant, and the catheter insertion, I've had to shake or use a hand to get the last couple of drops out. But 13 years of ED started it.

I’m an AMS CX man, but I can and do the same without issue. Your urethra should not be affected by the cylinders.

I do something similar, no issues with it. My issue is the stream is no where near as straight, i end up sitting down most of the time at home/ or go outside, i live in the country. Thats my only complaint with taking a leak post op. When your partially inflated after surgery it can be a bit of trouble, your in some pain and dont want to shove down very hard. I went outside, taking a dump during recovery sucks, but WAY! worth the end result.

Immediately post op, these urine receptacles are the answer. You can stand and pee into them or sit for #2 and not worry about bending your inflated penis under the seat (or go outside if you're Witheringhog ;) )

Cheap enough to have one in each bathroom. Peeing was never an issue for me using these. Also, when I was out of the house urinals work perfectly. For about a week or so post op I had the crazy pee stream issue too, but it cleared up as I healed and I've never had an issue with it since.
