Gentlemen,
To my astonishment, I have just seen a simulated implant demo done by a hunk on the Netflix show "Sex/Life." It is in season 2, episode 6, and is from 17:34 to 18:44. He also talks about his penis extension, which viewers will probably conflate with the implant surgery, where he talks about it adding an inch to his length. Enjoy!

I don’t get it. A “simulated” pump-up scenario?

No kidding. Didn't the director know how pumping was done? To me it looks like he is trying to masturbate his nut sack. We went from simulated sex scenes to simulated "preparing for sex scenes".
Just out of mild curiosity, can some one check the credits & see if the director is female? At least to me, the actors pose does not look like a pumping pose.
How about having this on your acting credits? I can see an actor saying, "I was the guy that did implant inflation scene". "I barely missed an award nomination".
