Are larger pumps available?

I have been pumping multiple times a day pre-surgery (on 11/29), and they have been working. I have outgrown two because of girth but now have that problem with length. After a couple of minutes my dick starts pressing hard on the end of the 8” cylinder. I really like this pump otherwise because it has 8 different levels of vacuum. Does anyone know of any longer pumps? I have tried making spacers, but I couldn’t get an adequate seal. Thank you for any leads.
