Cycling or not cycling
There is a dilemma that has been on my mind for some time, I would like to try to resolve it with those who are in the same boat. Are there bionics who have stopped cycling after 6/8/10/12 months? Have you lost size by inflating it 2/3 times a week? What is the truth, is it better to continue cycling or after a few months is there no point in continuing to cycle, perhaps it could cause premature breakages inInflate it every day for 2 hours until it breaks?
