VED use and Implant
I have been using the VED for the last year, I can get just shy of 6 inches in the VED. Will I be able to get at least 5.5 inches with an implant?

A definitely positive maybe. It all depends if your pump is sucking past your pubic bone. If its past your bone then that distance isn't real. Also, the stretch factor comes into play. Ie. you can pull on your earlob & stretch it longer. Once the pulling action is removed it'll return to its original length.
I know that there is a lot of debate about this. But your firm manually stretched penis length is your best estimate. Thats why drs use it whether or not we like the results.
