Before and after

Just to set an expectation of erection appearance after implant, in my case it not as full or as round or as high or as long as my original erection. It is going to be hard and it is going to stay hard! I did my best to scale pictures from before and after.

So you had both the ams and Titan.Which implant did you feel got you more rigidity?

Both were exceptionally ridged. Perhaps the Titan more so due to the shorter and wider outcome. At this point I am having an issue with the Titan pump not always pushing fluid into the cylinders. I can feel the reservoir tube vibrating as the pump pushing backwards into the reservoir on most attempts so getting fully pumped is not possible. Not a complete show stopper worth yet another revision but it prevents aggressive cycling.

Nice cervix tickler there.
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.
