9 weeks post surgery. I get excuciating pain post-orgasm, regardless if I am pumped at 80,90, or 95%.
When can I expect this to improve?

Re: How long until painless orgasm
I never experienced extreme pain after orgasm. Some discomfort I attributed to the sex itself.
I'd call your doctor and ask him.

Re: How long until painless orgasm
No pain after my orgasms ever. I mean my dick is sore, but pre/post orgasm doesn't change that. With neither masturbation or sex.

Re: How long until painless orgasm
Aussie you had a tunica expansion procedure. Most of the guys here didn't have such an extensive procedure, so their experience will be a lot different. Or so I would think..
Born 6/15/74. Was diagnosed with venous leak in 2020 and had an MPP installed 5/25 by Dr Laurence Levine of Rush Hospital Chicago. He used a sub-coronal incision. Had MPP taken out 7/25 due to discomfort and insomnia. Sit to urinate. Living death.
