Natural erection
Over the last 3 months I've been able to get erect without pumping up. My surgeon left a lot of my natural tissue I guess. It's good enough for oral and penetrative sex if we go real easy as it will bend. Is this uncommon? It's great no matter what. I' ve attached a picture of it.

Uncommon but not unheard of. I read a study where "tissue-sparing" surgery resulted in 50% of the men gaining back some erectile function, but only one man was able to actually achieve penetrative sex. The supposition is that the implant restricted venous outflow, thus partly curing venous leakage.

Makes sense as I've been getting morning wood (ish) recently since surgery and deffo get semi's but I thought it must be in my mind as assumed I couldn't physically get then post op.
That's absolutely a great result man congrats hopefully mine comes up to a full erection too over time
My libido is through the roof since my surgery 6 weeks ago tho
