I'll tell you my story that can be useful to many guys here, I'm 32 years old and 3 years ago I suffered a bad trauma to my penis, during sexual intercourse the girl above me made an unusual back and forth movement and destroyed my penis from the center to the glans, after a few months fibrotic tissue formed with severe pain the erections from the center to the glans were soft..I went to the urologist and he prescribed me Cialis 5mg every day the erections came back strong but the pain was unbearable so I went back to the urologist he gave me a vacuum device, I exaggerated in pumping and the corpus cavernosum burst in the perineum (between the anus and the testicles) other fibrotic tissue also formed there, other pains also in the perineum I developed hard flaccid and the pills have lost some of their effectiveness, I have done many prp, shockwave and stem cell treatments, they have been of little use, over time the erections with the pills have returned good and, not excellent but good, but the fibrosis is eating my dick I lost length and girth from 21 cm in length and 15 in girth, now I'm 18 in length and 13.5 in girth the pains have subsided but there are days that come back and are unbearable, after intercourse the penis becomes rubbery and painful..so I decided the way to the implant to get back to having an iron penis, try not to lose any more size and to enjoy sex..I flew 11 hours to see Dr. Clavell, I don't speak English but I know a little Spanish and I know that Dr. Clavell is an expert in complicated cases like mine and speaks Spanish..so I told him everything and asked him many questions which I will post here with your answers..
1) Can fibrosis interfere with the implant and cause infection? No it can't interfere, but the infection can be caused by too long surgery due to fibrosis and too long I have opened your penis
2) What should I do during recovery to avoid infection? You must avoid playing with it, touching it, always keeping everything clean and avoiding baths until the incision is closed
3) if I cut my arm after the implant and catch an infection, will the implant become contaminated? No the implant forms a capsule around it which avoids contamination
4) how many revisions can I do during my life? If the implant fails every 2 years can I also do 80 revisions? YOU HAVE UNLIMITED REVIEWS THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE
5) Can I keep the implant inflated to 80% all day long? No this will cause a perforation of the glans..you need to cycle your implant periodically and use it when you have to have sex
6) I have a very heavy job, I spend most of the time on my knees, can this cause the system to break? No this will not cause any breakage
6) Can I train every day or will this cause a breakdown? You can't train every day
7) if during the operation my penis is short and hard, will I end up with a shorter penis? No, I will inject you with saline that simulates an erection and use the full size implant
8) Will the implant solve the pains I have in my penis and tunica albuginea?..here he was very honest, he said that we don't know if the implant will solve the pains I have..it will certainly relax the tunic and this will prevent further trauma. but it is not sure that I will solve my pains
9 ) if the system fails, am I covered by the guarantee? Yes, the implant is covered by a lifetime warranty, excluding medical expenses. BUT ONLY 1 TIME IF IT FAILS TWICE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE WHOLE INTERVENTION AGAIN
10) Will I lose size between revisions? No usually size is not lost, some times it is added
11) Can I still get a residual erection after the implant? Yes and no, it depends on how much tissue is saved during the implant
12)can I repair my varicocele together with the implant? yes but I don't recommend it this can increase the risk of infection you can do it at a later time
These are the questions that I remember if I can think of others I will add them..that said, sometimes my penis has good erections and other times it doesn't..my main problem was pain and it is not known if the implant will solve it. .I don't know if I have to go on until my dick dies definitively or take advantage now to enjoy my youth..this is just up to me to decide

Re: Implant with fibrotic tissue in the penis
forgive me for question number 6) the answer is yes you can train every day
I remembered another question..after the implant will my penis always point upwards? or with the implant will it point downwards?....depends on your body and the angle of your crus ..plus it will depend on how you position the penis during recovery,if you position it downwards it will almost certainly point downwards,if you place it upwards it will almost certainly point upwards

Thanx. That were probably PRP-shots or other shots. Stem cell shots are like $8000 a shot
