system and atrocious doubts
I'm increasingly confused and scared of some things you read here, about breakages and very close revisions, like breakages after a very short time, I would like to ask many things, the variables of satisfaction with a system are infinite, age/dead cock/rp/ peyronie, 1) do we have users with simple de that after the failure of the pills they switched to the implant with extreme satisfaction? 2) what is his age? sorry for the millionth time of the same question but I'm 3 days away from my implant but the doubts are killing me, because my penis still works for 15 minutes with high dose pde5
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

thank you questor, how do you feel in detail about the implant versus sex when you were without the implant? what is less beautiful in sex than natural cock? and what is more beautiful in sex than your natural cock in the details, I hope other users can participate as well

Going on 8 months and it was the best decision I’ve made in years! Wish I had done it about 2-3 years earlier. Look back on old threads about satisfaction compared to natural. Look back on my posts and I did a long post on it. As with most, when your dive becomes unreliable to the point you’re having more failures than successes it’s time for an implant at least for me. In this aspect it’s a no brainer. It’s much better than anything I’ve had in past 5-6 years!
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong

Re: system and atrocious doubts
Good Luck in advance Frank.
Your doubts are normal. Just don’t let fear deter you from doing what you know is the right thing.
You can PM me at any time if you have specific questions. I’ll pretty much tell anybody, anything. I don’t like to broadcast EVERYTHING about my sex life on a message board.
I hit 3 years on New Years Eve, 12-31-22.
I consider marrying my wife, finishing college, serving our country in Army…all to have been smart decisions in my life that worked out well and gave extreme long term benefits.
Getting my implant is one of those too. My surgery was easy. There was some bruising but minimal pain/discomfort and I healed quick. I got my size back. The erections are killer. It looks good-hell, I’ve got the flaccid Dick I would have killed to own back in the high school shower room days. It’s not obscene in shorts, jeans, or a swimsuit but people can tell you’re male. There’s no more Viagra headaches/indigestion and no having to jab yourself when you’re ready to go, then wait. Life doesn’t get better than this.
Doctors know how to do this. It’s more than stitching up a hernia but not by much. Follow their advice. Learning to operate it after surgery will be the toughest thing you have to do and it’s not bad or difficult. Just be aware that You’re going to come out of recovery with a smaller, traumatized dick that will take a little time to restore to full normalcy. The first two weeks you’ll second guess yourself, be ready for that. Then you start cycling and see that it works (albeit slowly) and you start using it and figure out that the functionality of the implant is better than you ever expected and there’s light at the end of the tunnel.
Let me put it in a simple, easily digested nugget. When my implant eventually quits, after another 5…10…15 years of frequent use……I will be at the doctors office demanding he put me on the table ASAP to install the next one.

Re: system and atrocious doubts
Frank,
You are right about one thing; you have asked this question a million times! I know, I have tried to put your mind at ease at least a half a million times.
But that is why we are here, to ask questions, to learn from others and to pay back to FT for all we have received. FT helped me to change my life, I want it to change yours.
I understand your apprehension, you could probably limp along with your sexual relations for years and years, suffer embarrassment over and over again, be reminded you are not the man you used to be over and over again. You know how this has affected your life and that is why you sought advice and treatment, because you are sick and tired of being in such a position. You have done everything right; you found information and made your decision. Now submit to your surgeon and let him perform his magic.
I want to remind you that the most common comment we see on FT after the dust settles, the healing is over, and the implant is finally put to use is: "I wish I had done this sooner."
To me, one of the greatest benefits of having an implant is that when you are having sex you can now relax, take your time and enjoy it. I will put it bluntly, when you are fucking it is going to feel the same as it always has, you are going to cum like you always have, you aren't going to go soft on your lady, she is not going to be frustrated because if she isn't satisfied and if you are in good physical condition you will be able to fuck her until she cries "Uncle!".
I want to tell you one more thing Frank, I am a great believer in "The Power of the Subconcious Mind." What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve. I read the book with the same title by Joseph Murphy back in the early '80's and it changed my life. I refuse to let any negative thoughts enter my mind, I only think positive thoughts about what I want to happen, and I have had tremendous success, in business and life in general, bad things don't happen to me because I don't let any negativity enter my mind. I used to by this book by the dozen to give them away and those who took it seriously always came back to thank me. Why am I telling you this, because you are letting all these negative thoughts and what if's dwell in your mind. It would not surprise me that you do his often with other worries, it can become a habit.
Here is what you need to do. Lay down on your bed with no distractions, a dark room is best, then let your mind create the perfect outcome of this surgery down to the smallest detail, create this mental image of having sex like you have never had it before, down to the smallest detail, if you want it to last an hour, use your mind to run through every aspect for an hour, what you are going to do for her, what she is going to do for you, imagine the smell of sex filling the room...every detail. Once you have created the perfect love making session in your mind, don't let it go, let no doubts enter your mind...BELIEVE IT! Then, as many times as you can before your surgery, lay down and run this video loop through your brain, especially the "good parts." Be running this loop in your mind when you are laying on that operating table and make it the last thing you are thinking of as they put you to sleep. After the surgery, and as you begin to heal, run this loop through your mind, make it the perfect fantasy, exactly how sex is going to be for you and your partner. You will have about 6 weeks of recovery, run the loop over and over again in your mind. If a negative thought enters your mind, use your inner voice and say, "No, that is not what I want to happen, it is going to be like this as you run the loop again." Frank, if you do this, and believe this, everything will come out just as you designed it. If you poo-poo me and don't believe me, if you let these negative thought dwell in your head, you are going to be disappointed in the outcome because your subconscious mind will direct what you believe and you will receive the outcome that dominates in your mind. The subconscious mind doesn't sleep like your conscious mind, it works 24/7 doing its best to see what you programmed comes true. Just remember that one thing, what your mind conceives and believes it can achieve, it works both ways, either positively or negatively, it is your choice.
Now I have given you my secret to success, there will be no need to answer you the 1,000,001th time. It's your choice.
Be sure to let me know how it works out for you, if you have problems, I will know you didn't follow this advice.

I am in total agreement with AmansinCali.
Rest assured, there is not one of us here who, when faced with the prospect of surgery on our one and only penis, didn't find himself in exactly the place where you are now. In the weeks and days preceding mine, it was the mental fight of a lifetime. It made me call upon those times in my life when I've had to consciously and deliberately acknowledge and face down my fears....and take action in spite of the fear.
It's called courage. Courage is not the absence of fear, it is choosing to act in the face of it.
For me, as i faced my implant fears, i recalled my first skydive. Or, The time I walked onto a wrestling mat in high school in front of a packed gymnasium to face down the undefeated state champion. I knew i was not nearly his calibre, and the thought of losing in front of all those people mortified me. I wanted to run. No, I didn't win the match, but I faced my fear and remember walking onto the mat under bright lights. I did it. After, despite the loss, I considered it my own personal victory that I even made it that far. I would eventually persevere and became a formidable wrestler in my own right. But I had to cross that river of fear. I was a military pilot. 33% of my pilot training class failed to graduate. It was the hardest thing i'd ever done. I feared my instructor, a belligerent bully. I wanted to quit, and I could have, but i dragged my ass to the flight line daily, and persevered. I made it. And those fears gave way to a certain pride and satisfaction. Not that I became a pilot (yes, i was proud of that), but more importantly i knew that once again I had transcended fear.
You surely have had such moments, in your own way. Now is one of those times. You are facing the unknown. Sure, many of us on the forum have done it successfully, and look at the wonderful comments above! But....this is your moment. Your experience. Your river to cross. You are thinking "yeah, guys. Good for you. But this time it's me". If you truly feel and believe that you do not have a brighter sexual potential because of whatever issues created your ED, then you have now this option laid at your feet.
You're experiencing something very, very human. The primitive fight or flight response. Thoughts are entering. Some of those are negative. Those negative thoughts activate the hormones of stress, and your perception is that of a normal human being in stress. Do you run? Or do you fight? (and most of us I imagine don't really like to fight, I don't, but I have and I'll bet a good portion of us have done it when called upon).
I was watching a youtube video just this morning (I'm 17 days postop, so i have time to watch youtube mid-day it seems). It's by a certain author named Wayne Dyer, now deceased but was to many a respected psychological and spiritual teacher. As I read your post, i immediately thought about a certain portion of what he said. It is very much in line with what AmansinCali said about how our subconscious minds work their magic aligning your personal universe to bring to you whatever it is you focus on. And I believe it reinforces from another man's perspective what he said to you.
Here's a link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uajyoLRkpQ The part that is relevant to you begins at 1:11:05
Good or bad. Like AmansinCali, once I accepted my diagnosis, and made my decision, I stepped onto the mat and have only tried to allow myself the thought "this is going to be GREAT!". All i know is that my recovery had been great so far, and Im very very optimistic. My thoughts are not on my current recovery-related limitations or what-ifs.
They are squarely on late March when I fully intend to return to Thailand and my girlfriend there, forget the pills and injections and shaky performance, and with her participation fully inaugurate what i am sure will be the first of MANY fantastic, energetic, long-lasting, and satisfying sexual encounters!

Very well said Captain!
You understand how it works. Once you learn how it works your response becomes automatic, doesn’t it?
I can’t wait to hear about your first adventures in Thailand, PM me if you think it is too graphic for FT. I loved Thailand. I wish you the best!
