Penile implant with corporal fibrosis

I have severe corporal fibrosis due to a Al ghorab distal shunt. It fills like a bone from the head about 3 inches back towards body. I am considering a penile prothesis but the Doctor said it was not going to be able to extend all the way to the head and it would be floppy due to the fibrosis. Has anyone ever had this done with that problem and is it worth it.
40 y/o male that had life turned upside down with honey induced priapism. 2 distal shunts and now Corporal fibrosis. Thinking of implant

What country are you in?
69yo, HBP @ 40, high triglycerides @ 45. Phimosis @ 57. Type 2 @ 60. Dr. William Brant May 1, 2023 CX 21cm w/no rte's penoscrotal 6" girth @ 6 months.
