Tubing/reservoir Move

Postby fade3W » Thu Jan 05, 2023 10:46 am

Has anyone had a surgery to move their tubing and/or reservoir? I have very palpable tubing at the inguinal canal spot into my scrotum and it makes certain movements/moments in life very difficult, most notably when I move my bowels or when sleeping.

Just wondering what guys’ experiences with this are and how it went as far as recovery, etc

Thanks

I too have palpable tubing under the skin at the inguinal level, which runs from the reservoir and down to the pump. Just run your hand over this area to feel this tube.
Now I don't pay much attention to it. I'm just careful not to do anything that could be dangerous, but I don't mind making moves.

fade3w, would you please explain "very difficult"? Is it painful?

The tubes are always going to be felt, they are harder than our human parts. I'm not sure doc could place the reservoir tubes so they aren't superficial.

I wouldn’t say it’s painful per se. although after a heavy workout I feel some discomfort there, so my solution has been to not work out which is disappointing. I have a mild varicocele that gets agitated by the tubing if I do certain movements. Also my mattress is firm so it tends to “push up” the tubing against the scrotal skin more which again, is t necessarily painful but it is annoying. The solution for that has been ordering a new mattress which should be here in a few days.

Most of the time I don’t thrust as hard as I want to during sex because of the tubing.

When I have a bowel movement the whole area “swells”—scrotum becomes constricted and my balls are pulled tight to inguinal area.

I guess just gotta live with it.
