Best underwear for exercising

Hey guys,

What do you think is the best underwear to wear when exercising? I would like to start running daily and I want to know what will provide the best support for my balls & pump.

I'm currently wearing boxer briefs which are pretty good & comfortable.

If any of you guys do running, what do you like to wear?

Probably don’t want to take my advice, especially if you have a Titan.

I never wear underwear. Gave it up 40 years ago. I was a Lieutenant at Fort Polk LA. Very humid. Lots of time out in the field. Bad crotch rot.

I gave up the drawers and everything cleared up and I’ve never looked back.

With the LGX and gym shorts that have a lining I can work out without offending anyone, at least not badly enough for them to say something.

I wear the cooling mesh briefs for the gym, treadmill, walking the golf coarse, etc.
Good quality, readily available, and quite affordable.

Is it really necessary that you have to change your underwear after an implant? Will simply buying one size up to accomodate for the longer flaccid not suffice?
