Compression shorts

Postby Flexwheeler » Mon Dec 26, 2022 11:52 am

Gents,

I read a lot about underwear. Tighty withies, boxers, 2 pouch etc.

But why not wear compression shorts? Especially those who 'complain' about the Titan sticking out. In my opinion keeps your junk perfect in place.

Or is it not possible to wear your dick pointed down in compression shorts?

Hi Flexwheeler,

I just got three pairs of compression shorts, a size smaller than I usually wear. I am just under two weeks post-op and trying to keep my penis pointed toward my belly. With compression shorts and my penis pointed up, it does stick out. However, my penis starts to point straight out when I move around, so I must adjust.

Hey Flex,

Most surgeons send you home about 60% inflated for your initial healing period, and you will probably be more comfortable with your erection pointed up. The worry about "sticking out" really only applies until you are cycling when you can leave your implant deflated.

Your new "flaccid" will be larger and fuller than it was before surgery, but it won't be sticking out. However, your scrotum will be more sensitive until it is fully healed, a couple months or more, and you will prefer to have underwear that supports your scrotum. Your scrotum will be tight for the first month or two then it will begin to "hang loose" as in the past when the added support will be welcomed. The type of surgery you have will have a bearing on how fast your scrotum will heal.

Thanks Amansin.

I assume your implant doesn't stick out. That's great to hear
But i read in a lot of older post guys have problems with the Titan sticking out.
So i wondering if that would be the case for me i could wear compression shorts to combat sticking out.
Also i wear already spandex compression short with my penis pointing down and wonder if i can still do that with the Titan
