Been reading post for awhile. It has helped me more than I could say. So much great info.I knew I was getting the implant for years but the info here made me feel more comfortable doing so. Basically saying you’re not alone. Basically used Trimix with great success for 6 years. I knew I would end up bionic I used trimix to buy time. A month ago it stopped working well. And there was severe scaring. Trimix had me looking like Popeyes arm. Skinny at the base and normal shaft. So I called my urologist in Nj. And said it’s time. He scheduled me for 12/8. 22cm plus rte 1 or extender Titan implant. I wanted the LGX because it increases in length s time goes on but the DR recommended the Titan in my case because of all the scarring Sorry trying to keep it brief. No real pain. The day after was slight discomfort but basically nothing worth talking about yet. I never really measured. I know I was around 7 plus inches After healing I hope to be someplace in the same ballpark. But I will be happy with a 6 inch solid as opposed to useless 7. Lol. The doc left me partially inflated he said 25 percent so if what I’m seeing is any indication I’m 49 years old pretty healthy but high blood. I told my girlfriend what was going on and honestly when trimix failed us she basically called the dr for me. Extremely active sexually so she can’t wait till the doc gives us the go. Lol. She has been trying to get the ok to pump me up when I’m sleep if she needs a session. Only thing I would have done different is gotten It done years ago. As good as trimix is. In my case it was damaging to my penis with scar tissue. Only info I couldn’t easily find here is some sort of general because it varies in everyone but 22 cm plus rte. what is the final average penis size.

If your surgeon did a proper job and absent any complications, your final erect penis length should be the same as it was the day before the operaion. Possible complications are compromixed blood flow or stimulation to the spongiosum (principally in the glans), scar tissue preventing full implantation,

Your final length probably depends on how much of the cylinders are in your crus and hidden.
I agree that you should be fine, and I think the Titan can get rid of the sailor man.

Sounds like your gf is a keeper.
Remind her that if the pump bulb slips out of her hand and it crashes into its brothers, you'll probably wake up in a not horny mood.

Congratulations! You both are going to love it. I am 3 months out of surgery and my wife says she can't tell the difference. It sounds like you are doing great, just keep following your surgeon's instructions.
