Point the implant downwards

Postby Brent1 » Wed Dec 14, 2022 10:57 am

Hi guys,

I'm learning a lot here. Most answers i can find in old topics.
The more i read the more benefits i see compared to injections.

One thing which is hard to find is how do you 'wear' an implant.
I read that a lot of you wearing it pointing up to your belly.
My job requires shirts tucked in to pants. I wonder if i can 'wear' an implant downwards, like an unimplanted dick
Is this possible or will this give you tenting or hurting?

Thanx,

Brent

Brent,

This is only a problem when you are first healing and mainly before you are deflated the first time. After that you hang pretty much the same as you did before, but with a larger flaccid. Four weeks or so you won't even be thinking about it. I hung to the left before and I hang to the left after.

Yup, only while healing will you need to point your dick any certain way. By the second or third week mine was more down than anywhere, and I was still inflated to about 60% from surgery. Now I hang down my left leg just like before, although it does show a little more.

Should be interesting when I get my implant. I’m an extreme grower. I imagine this will change. My problem is I have enormous testicles that already get looks. Can’t imagine what the new package will look like with the large flaccid on top of my tennis balls.

No problem down the left side… I did start wearing separatec underwear. It’s not the support it gives it’s the seperate pouch and non friction surface. Just feels good. I can’t however wear my bikini briefs from before, just too much flaccid meat to be comfortable. I’m now a 5” shower when flacid. Can wear loose jeans and it’s not noticeable but most pants leaves a noticeable bulge, but no worse than any other well hung shower out there.. I’m guilty of even putting 4-6 pumps in it just to make it look more natural and not so flat.
