Guys who had 5 inches girth or more who got an AMS

How much girth did you had prior to implantation and how much after? I have heard that above 5 inches of girth the AMS may not be appropriate. Did you lost a lot?

I lost a lot of girth with AMS. I was 8.5 inches length with less than 5 inch girth. A real pencil dick. On revision to Titan, I got back all my original girth and more. On the down side I lost an inch plus on the switch to Titan. My cycling regimen has resulted in further girth improvement (not needed) but no added length. Now 7 inches length and 6 inch girth. Was 8.75" x 5.7", after AMS 700 LGX, length increase to over 9" but down to 5.5" girth. This is only anecdotal information but I did hear it from a few seemingly trustworthy enough guys here that 5.5" in girth might be a maximum for that device. Though I'd love to hear if anyone disagrees or had a different experience.

I was 6+ before Peyroines, now at 5.5 girth. Not yet implemented. Recently bought a 7 inch long by 6.75 girth dildo for the wife. She was game to try it. After adequate warm up it still tore her. Huge difference between a six inch circumference and 6.75. After a lifetime of mongering with. 6+ circumference, mostly with Asian women, I can’t imagine wanting more than 6 or so. At 6 inches I only had a few times where there was a size mismatch. With r my recent purchase I can surmise that anything above a 6.5 inch girth would be a liability.

From what I read and have measured on my own, an empty toilet paper roll is roughly 5.5" in girth. Maybe I've been sheltered for the nearly 60 years on this planet, but that seems plenty big. If I'm way off base here, keep it to yourself, I don't need my wife thinking that I'm a 'pencil dick'.

I would guess that in my heyday I was 5'5" in girth and I'm something less than that now, but as I vacuum twice a day in preparation for an implant next year, after pumping I'm much girthier than a toilet paper roll (for most of the rest of the day).

My plan is to get an AMS, and if I end up back at 5'5", I'd be very happy with that.

I have had nothing but AMS Ultrex, and LGX and the first was 5.5 inches and now with the LGX it is almost 6.0 inches. So there is no truth to that post. I can say that the LGX is a very good implant to get. It gives you length and girth.

Okay, I admit it. I’ve measured several times esp. post surgery.

Honest injun measurements. Not embellished, exaggerated, or subjected to advantageous rounding.

Before surgery: flaccid, I was 3.5” x 5.25”
After surgery: flaccid, I’m 5.33”x 5.0”

Before surgery I was 6.80” x 6.1” erect. That was with a healthy dose of Trimix and a 100 mg Viagra
After surgery I am 6.63”!x5.63” erect.

I’ve got a LGX 18 cm plus 5 cm of RTEs

That’s after almost 3 yrs of cycling and frequent use.

My head still has some erectile capability. Also despite the inconsequential shortfalls I’m totally thrilled with outcome
