Will an implant help with anorgasmia?

Postby SRQ447 » Wed Nov 02, 2022 9:06 pm

Hey guys I've seen many posts about the implant having a negative effect on orgasm/ejaculation. Has it improved the situation for anyone? A very brief snapshot of my issue: pills worked well for ~10 years, orgasms were normal, then pills stopped working so switched to injections. Definite lack of sensation with Alprostadil (I take caverject) and basically 1 or 2 orgasms total with the wife in the last 2 years. Now 39 years old and scheduled for implant soon with Dr. Eid. Is it foolish and wishful thinking to hope that my anorgasmia?? Thanks in advance

Welcome to the site. There is a section of this site for Anorgasmia. You can find some information there. The standard response to implant effecting orgasm is that what ever you had before surgery you should have after. But some men like me had slower orgasms after surgery that improved over time. Some men with Premature Ejaculation have even consider an implant in the hope to slow down orgasm. I have never heard of orgasm speeding up with implant surgery. Only staying the same or slowing down.

Good luck
