Yes. I don’t worry about going soft during sex. Or being able to get fully erect in the first place. So to me it feels better overall. I can put all my attention towards sex. The orgasms are the same or better.

I am only 6 weeks out from implant surgery and have just begun to use mine. I think you will find you will notice the difference more when you are flaccid than when you are erect. My wife says she can't tell the difference and says if she didn't know I had an implant she wouldn't have been able to tell, I think that says a lot.

I went through all the same worries every guy goes through as he wades through the implant decision, but let me tell you, don't worry about any of this stuff unless you have some additional medical problem. Don't worry about size, sensitivity, orgasms, ejaculation, or acceptance, because after the surgery these things are just not a factor. Just go with a surgery team who has a lot of current experience, then just let them do their thing. Size-wise I am within 1/8" of before surgery and my girth is about the same. Handjobs, blowjobs, PIV sex is just the way it is supposed to be. My wife and I are thrilled.
