Incredibly, yesterday everything began to reduce the inflammation, at different levels, but the process began.
I have practically no bruises, I believe that the technique of tightly wrapping the penis and scrotum in the operating room as if it were a mummy is effective, along with keeping the implant inflated to control bleeding from the corpora cavernosa.
When I stand up, the weight of the scrotum and I guess the tightness in the wound makes it hurt, or something between a great discomfort, and pain.
But as I began to see some wrinkles in the scrotum, that is, less tension, I decided to try to finish deflating the implant, which was not achieved on the third day. I placed a hot cloth for several minutes, which lowered the scrotum and I was able to touch the pump without problems (I confess that I was surprised, due to the size of the bulb, it seems huge).
What I could not touch was the deflation block.
It seems that it was a bit diagonal, that is, neither vertical nor horizontal, something like one side pointing up to the right and forward, and the other side down to the left and back. hard to explain
Tomorrow I will try again, I prefer to try calmly and patiently, than to wait for Monday with the rush of the doctor and the nurses in consultation.
Any suggestion?

What implant do you have?
On my Coloplast the deflate button is on the side of the block just above the bulb. It's quite small, just a bump off the side. Mine is placed facing my left testicle, doc said because I'm right-handed. (not sure of that reasoning, I use my left thumb to press it)

Mine also seems to be on the left but tilted leaning to the right.
Perhaps because my bag is small, it is difficult to reach it.
I can reach the bulb, but not the deflation block.
It also seems that the deflation block is below, or very close to the scar, that's why I stop squeezing when I touch it, it's still very recent.
I'll keep trying with more heat and a lot of patience, I have until Sunday, otherwise, of course, the doctor will find the little button, even if he makes me cry... heheheheheh.
The first attempt with the doctor and the nurse was very painful
Thx

Doc tried to deflate me at 2 weeks. I about jumped off the table. I was way too sore, so I got left inflated until 5 1/2 week visit. Made myself sore as heck trying to find that button at 6 weeks out for my first trial with the wife. Got so sore I gave up and had to go back to doc to deflate me again.
Once all is healed and you are allowed to bathe a hot bath will loosen things up and ease any soreness. Makes it easier to inflate/deflate. That was my morning routine for a few months.

Re: Today is my sixth day post-surgery. The deflate button, play hide and seek
My doctor didn't deflate me until two weeks after my surgery, and I ached for hours afterwards.
Have you tried deflating with the other hand? I initially tried pressing the deflate button with my right hand while I squeezed my dick with my left. I really struggled with the angle of the button.
When I switched hands, I had no problem.
Just a thought.

Not sure what your Dr suggested but most say to gently pull down on the pump to help the angle of pump. Also if it’s a little lower in your scrotum it’s easier to reach up to the deflate block. It all gets much easier with time. I can fully inflate in about a minute and deflate both with one hand. Pump ball is very very hard at first but after it breaks in its very easy to pump til it gets hard.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong

Day 7
Thanks again for your experiences and advice.
Perhaps my challenge is the size of the bag. (compact)
The bulb of the pump touches the lower part of the scrotum, which, by the way, keeps it irritated and with constant discomfort when standing, walking or sitting, I cannot remain like this for a long time, lying down any discomfort disappears.
And the upper part of the pump is now at the level of where I have the scar (7 days old, still sensitive), which makes the maneuver difficult.
With hot compresses, the scrotum relaxes and I think I can touch the entire pump, that is, even the deflation block, but I cannot clearly identify the deflation button, I press with the index fingers of both hands, or with the forefinger and thumb, but nothing happens, according to what I read in a Coloplast manual, you don't have to press too hard (although I do it).
It is possible that it is pressing on the part where the button is not, but the other part has not been able to reach it for now.
When I refer to the other part, I mean, I see it as a cross, north-south arms and east-west arms.
For the rest, it doesn't seem like I had had surgery, only the scar remains and apparently, a minimal inflammation, which could be greater than what I see.
Sure and a semi erection that can be associated with some joy, hehehehehe
I'll take another dose of pills of patience and encouragement, until I make it.
Rest and start again
Regards and Thx
