Are there any new generation malleable implants on the horizon?
what is the malleable implant that is lost as little as possible in length and circumference, I have seen the videos of the porn actor who has the malleable, of course, if one had a dick of at least 7 "and 6" starting circumference it would not be bad a malleable considering less costs, less risk of infection, no pump between the balls, no tank, no broken balls of revisions
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

Check out Rigicon Infla10. As I understand, It may have softer, more comfortable tips.
The website suggest up to 25% possible growth. My impression was it is in trials and Karpman was involved.

frank, I think we are underestimating Indian malleable.
in terms of toughness, from the guy's review implanted with that, it's very tough.
also in terms of aesthetics I think it is not recognized that there is a prosthesis.
there is no risk, compared to American malleable ones, of making the "s" shape.
the circumference also reaches 15 mm.
my only doubt is sensitivity

hello Italian, I went very close to the plant, I had the operation scheduled on November 17th then postponed because my doctor gave me mesterolone who are on trt and the pills even if at high dosages they are working better, of this 3 pieces I am not very convinced even if sooner or later I have to, and I look around at all the solutions, I have more confidence in a malleable, I do not want revision problems due to broken pipes, blocked pump, broken reservoir, or cylinders out of place, revisions I see them around the corner, if I get to the implant I don't want problems or that they are almost eliminated as long as I live, I like the idea of the Indian prosthesis but I would not go to India to be implanted, I do not know if it can be exported to have it implanted in Italy, but also the genesis of my friend Anfornee I do not mind at all, I hear that the malleable is not a rock like the 3 pieces, but I also hear that it is not as soft as some want to pass, I believe that a dick of 6 inches about you can hide well with a malleable, I'm interested in understanding even if I'm not a lover of anal if you can do anal more than anything else to have a yardstick of its rigidity, if someone who has a malleable is able to answer my questions and concerns I would be grateful

Do a search in this forum on "nitinol" and "memory metal".
There have been cadaver and animal trials on an implant that is soft and pliable in its normal state and straightens and stiffens when heat-activated. Still beyond the horizon, but if they get the bugs worked out all the advantages of the inflatable combined with the advantages of the malleable without the drawbacks of either.

The Infla10 is an inflatable, not a malleable. Like Boston Scientific/AMS, there's a version that expands by 25% in length and one that doesn't.
Rigicon does offer a malleable implant, but not one that grows or expands. Its main benefit is that it bends to 135 degrees for stowage as opposed to 90 degrees like the competing models.

First thing I pictured is being in a steam room or sauna when you got an erection.
It’ll be interesting to see what the future holds.

I can tell you that the only issue I have is the Genesis 90° bend when trying to stow it. I don’t mind that it provides a noticeable bulge. The issue is it’s always fighting against my pants and underwear, causing a rubbing that’s uncomfortable. It seems to be a little bit better with time as I’ve only had the implant for 2 1/2 weeks. But I sure wish it had 135° bend the other mention device has.
