I have been surprised that experienced partners had no idea I was implanted. I've "shared my secret" with a couple of very experienced gals and they had no idea until I told them. Then they were fascinated

Every 'experienced‘ woman will immediately realize the man is implanted. They go for the balls and there is the pump, not even a just mildly experienced woman will think that‘s a third ball.

Maybe he told the woman not to touch his balls. So in that case it could be possible. And if even if they feel the pump, they won't know it's a part of the implant

So, if she finds the pump just put your dick in her and if she doesn't like it move on.

From my experience, there is no hiding it from gay or bisexual men. I don't see how any woman familiar with men's dicks and balls, and who spends much time with your genitals won't detect it.
