Free Rigicon implant - Need volunteers

Hi All
I just met with my doctor Dr. Karpman. He told me that Rigicon is introducing a new three piece implant in US and need volunteers for their study/to get their place in the US market( clinical study).. The entire cost of surgery will be borne by Rigicon. Dr. Karpman will be doing this surgery out SF bay area. As some of might know he is one of the best/high volume doctors in the United States. So if anyone willing to participate( those who dont have insurance or simply interested in volunteering) can approach him directly or myself. He mentioned he will posting as well about this seeking volunteers as well but wanted me to be one of his recruiters.. Please let him know that I referred( I can share my details in private message).. If I didnt get my implant 4 months ago I would have definitely volunteered.

You are in good hands friends if he trusts something he will make it happen successfully.. He mentioned Rigicon is similar to AMS( probably has similar failure rate - mostly everyone will be worried about failures/infections if anything to jump into something new).. He said the coating is better than AMS( something similar to Titan)

That's awesome for guys who can't afford the surgery or have no insurance. A trip to the SF bay area would have been cheaper than my co-pay 3 years ago.
The Rigicon 3 piece looks about the same as a Titan, but if you can inflate and deflate it as quick as it shows on the video, I want one!

Wow great to hear that rigicon is moving along with their US approval! More competiton is always better. From reading their website, it looks like the Rigicon IPP is more similar to the AMS implants than to the Coloplast since it is a 4-layered device (AMS has 3 layers, coloplast has 1).

I'd like to Volunteer! My insurance wouldn't cover mine and have been searching tirelessly for a way to get this covered.

Guys, be carefull getting your hopes up for a free implant. I'm sure that the subjects will need to meet a long list of conditions. If all of this is to gain FDA approval? They'll want to select men from some kind of group spectrum. Not saying it a bad offer. But there is a good chance that you might have to be able to travel & even perhaps stay in the area for some observation time. They are going to be gathering data. This isn't from the kindness in their heart. There will be strings attached.
