I have a consultation Thursday with Dr. Perito.
My wife and I just watched one of his videos where he talks about putting his boot on your foot and pulling as hard as he can for the stretch test.
My question,is the stretch test measurement done bone pressed?

In my opinion, and that of many other men, the stretch test really doesn't mean much. The only measurement that is relevant, is the one done by your surgeon during surgery, where he measures your corpus cavernosum internally. That is the measurement that determines the size of your implant.

To clarify. Its on the dorsal side of your penis. Tip back to your pubic bone. And no, I doubt that he stands on your toes. But they normally pull hard enough that if you're not ready. You'll take a step forward to keep your balance. He is exaggerating a bit.

Re: Is Stretch Test Bone Pressed?
The relevance of the stretch test is not to decide which implant size you will get.
The importance is in setting expectations in the right ballpark as to what your erect dick size will be post implant.
Is it bone pressed?
Try for yourself. Pull your dick as hard as you can straight out.
Then try to press a wooden ruler tight to your pubic bone.
I bet you can't. Simply because the skin above the penis will stretch out as well and make it impossible for that ruler to press hard against the pubic bone.
The extended stretched skin will stand out at an angle from your dick, "shielding" your pubic bone.
But nevertheless, the measurement is useful for setting expectations, since the exact same phenomenon will exist after surgery.
So however you measure your stretch length pre-implant, you will have to do the same way post-implant.
