Truthfully, you don’t need a bunch of new postings. Just go back and read the implant forum. Obviously not in its entirety. But I think if you look at 30 or 50 or 100 threads you’ll find the positive reinforcement you’re needing.

Read a lot of this stuff. If you’re approaching an implant you need to hear the good, the bad, and everything in between so you make an informed decision.

I’m not putting you off. The simple fact is what you’re looking for is already here, on this website, waiting to be read. There’s no telling how many guys have posted that their implant is greatest thing ever.

Copy and pasting this post from 5 years ago.....I'm 4-7/8" now and probably "past 40 miles" .....

miles of fun 4.75 inches at a time….

Or: How I’ve pushed 20 miles* of cock in the past 4 years

If you are “on the fence” about an implant and worried about ending up with a “little dick”, here’s some “food for thought”:

My “lifetime hobby” is women. Prostate cancer followed by a radical prostatectomy left me with a limp (but sensitive) little noodle dick. Never that big to start with, 6” or so, 2.5 years of atrophy and three penis implants have left me with a nice, hard little 4.75” dick.

Having a small dick but a strong sex drive, I’ve spent much of the past 4.25 years practicing my “hobby”, which at this stage of life, is “entertaining” myself with of “young professional ladies”.

Most weeks, I have a couple of one hour “sessions”. Some weeks I’ll have three, some weeks none. Three or so years ago two of my favorite girls talked me into a “threesome” – something I’d previously been too cheap to try. Well, I tried it…I liked it… It WAS worth the extra “donation”.

As I approached becoming a 5 year cancer survivor, I wanted to give myself a “special treat” to celebrate. I arranged a 90 minute, four girl session. All but one of the girls were my “regulars”, worked together and had “enjoyed” each other with me before. About an hour in, fifth girl showed up and joined the fun. This was certainly a “Monger’s Dream Come True”

At an age where I could live 20 more years or exit tomorrow, I am having the sex life of my fantasies. My “hard little dick” enables me to stay hard and keep fucking until “my time runs out.

If you can’t fuck, want to, and an implant is your last option….GO FOR IT. Quit fucking around and start …….fucking around!!!

*The math disclaimer. OF COURSE, I had to wildly estimate all the numbers. Call it “Poetic License”. I counted “cowgirl” as strokes too.
My actual numbers, if available, would probably be higher, not lower! Here are my numbers, starting with 600 strokes per session.

600 “in” strokes x 4.75” x 100 sessions per year x 4.25 years divided by 12” divided by 5280 feet = 19.11 miles. AND…I rounded UP to 20 miles!

I'm thinking of the old saying "Where there's a will, there's a way". Also, he might be getting the good old "quanity discount". Maybe "frequent flyers" discount? Or just one hell of a salesman.

Wow, I hit the back arrow a bunch of times and found my post before I went on. Learned something there.

Goddammit, I just tried to post a long positive story and somehow, it didn't post. It could be my mistake, but the hell with it. I probably hit enter instead of submit. Fucking Facebook habit.

Since I've gotten my implant, it seems one of my favorite times to fuck is the middle of the night, 1-2 in the morning. This is true even if I've worked the whole day before and plan to get up before 5 the next morning.

This happened last Thursday night. I woke up horny, woke up my wife, and fucked her hard.

The next morning I was beat as I was driving to work around 6.

But all I could think was being bone tired on my way to work because I was able to fuck my wife was infinitely better than how things were 2 years ago when we were at the point of having mediocre sex a handful of times per year.

I've got a positive story for you, but maybe I was lucky?

I went the usual route with ED. Started using orals when I started.
I saw a urologist to get a tri-mix prescription.
The first thing he suggested was for me to get an implant.
I knew about implants but didn't think I'd ever resort to that.

Several years later tri and quad-mix stopped working.
I read here about a guy who was implanted by the same urologist.
He got a severe infection and nearly died.

I decided that I should get an implant because mu wife and I still enjoyed sex (one way).
I considered going to Baltimore (my hometown) to see Kramer, but finally decided to roll the dice and have my uro do it.

I didn't have a tough recovery and I had no pre-existing issues to complicate things.
I had to sleep in a recliner for a while, but it wasn't too bad.

A weeks later uro inflated me and deflated me and sent me on my way.
He suggested that I wait 3 weeks for sex, but I tried gentle sex a day or 2 later and it went fine.

The first time I measured, I was right at my previous length, but girth wasn't as much as with tri-mix.
I had tip discomfort and I learned here on FT that means I was aggressively sized.

Over time, I actually gained about 3/6" and a bit more girth.
Sex is pretty good for an old man, and I do owe it to the implant.

Sorry to be so long winded, but I hope it helps.
