PDE 5 side effect achilles tendinopathy?

Sorry for posting this here (IMPLANT section) but I think everyone who has an implant has taken before surgery a big amount of pde5 drugs.

I am taking now since 3years Pde5 inhibitors daily (10mg tadalafil + 50mg sildenafil EVERY DAY) and since 6 months I am having achilles tendinopathy. Anybody else has/had this or whats your side effects after taking pde5 inhibitors daily or others?

I'm not that, I've never heard of it but it's a lot of daily dose right? why do you drink so much daily?

because my dick is so fucked up that I must take at least this amount of drugs to get some semi erections and that my dick will not shrink extremely. I must go for the IPP as fast as possible I know but hard to find a good surgeon in europe. Ralph disqualified himself after I am in contact with an italian guy who had surgery with him, Antonini not because I dont want the infrapubic approach and Osmonov (germany) I must wait 4months. If you know other good surgeons please let me know.

am in Spain, here there are two or 3 high-volume surgeons. And if I had an implant tomorrow, it would be one of these 3: Natalio Cruz, Martinez Salamanca, Rosello Barbara, Francois Peinado. almost everyone does 100 implants a year

Were you able to get into direct contact with Osmonov?

I used PDE-5s frequently from their initial release in 1997 (?) till 2017 when I suffered a series of TIA mini-strokes directly resulting from that drug. Took awhile to make the connection.

Penis shrinking is an overrated fear. Tadalafil and good sleep are OK for night erections. Sildenafil isn't so therapeutic. Ralph is fine. My two cents you talked with the wrong guy ("anatomical suicidal" or sort of).

Before I went to injections I was using 5-10mg daily and then 20mg of cialis 3-4 hours before sex just to get mediocre results. At this level I was getting the worst neck pain on either side of my neck. The muscle that goes out toward your shoulder. The more I used the worse it got.. also noticed I had a lot of leg cramps that went away immediately after stopping the high doseing whe. I started injections.
